The jerk from 1st to 2nd gear... maybe you would like to confirm if the dashboard has a ZF logo next to the gar selectors D/N/R. It could be the ZF 4HP500/590 gearbox at work.
I see. I'll observe the next time i sit this bus. But, the U40 line does not use this bus anymore.

The logo is not the MTRANS logo. It is the YA XING KE CHE logo.
