Half Cut buses?

I saw a few buses that sported the Mtrans ( Kinglong ) front, but the side and rear is from an Iveco? JPJ approved? @.@

Small Merc

- Aircon too high up
- Relatively powerful, although it uses the same engine as the dugong, its chassis it much lighter.
- Steps issue. (too many? too high?)
- Some are using Mtrans powerplant
- cute design
- some quality issues, like back engine cover not smooth

Low Rider Merc

- Also known as Dugong, Low Rider Merc
- Made by SKS Coachbuilders (Malaysia BOLEH!)
- Engine lacks of grunt

Iveco

- Made by DRM-HICOM
- One of Rapid's most powerful buses.
- Very subjective design
- Uses fuel pump to control top speed.
- No tachometer
- Nice suspension
- older models will be refurbished, estimated 1000 coming soon, most will be using made in
china powerplants

The Volvo B7RLE

- Most powerful Rapid bus
- Nice engine sound
- Only ±100
- handicapped friendly
- Little sitting room.
- Custom made for rapidKL

- front disc brakes (!)
- has curtain rails, which may suggest that it may be used as a tour bus
